Making Do

Our daughter had to have surgery yesterday and now they are trying to get her back home and isolated away from this virus. I had their 3 children yesterday. They love hamburgers. I decided to get pork burger out of the freezer and fix those for their supper. I only had about a 1/2 loaf of bread left from my baking earlier this week. I decided to make hamburger buns for their burgers. I did not stock up on bread but I did stock up on flour so that I could make bread as we needed it.

These buns turned out well.

I bagged up the leftover buns to use over the next few days for sandwiches.
