Day 5 of Indiana Quarantine

We started our day with breakfast. Sunday is the only day either one of us eats breakfast. I have coffee Most every morning, but not breakfast.

We watched the Elevation church service on YouTube.

After the church service we went for a walk with our son and his wife . They brought their 3 dogs to go mushroom hunting and hiking on our property. They headed out before us and we met them down by our lake.

This has been an afternoon of finishing projects. I finished the book I was reading. I finished the pillowcases I had been working on.

I worked on my quilt pieces for a bit. I am working on step 3 of a mystery quilt along.

This evening I finished the puzzle that I started a month ago.

I’m sitting here this evening with my husband watching tv. I hope you all are staying safe at home. We will get through this.

  1. Hi Nina Great pictures and what three handsome doggies. We had a Sunday of Self Isolating at home!!! DH was in the den soring out computer programes for his laptop for our business and tidying up files, a job which never gets done in the normal course of a week!!! Eldest was upstairs in his room playing XBox CoD with all his work friends as they are all off at the moment and I was in our sitting room binge watching a series on Netflix!!!! The weather was not good yesterday very cold, intermitent rain and just yuck!!!!! Have a great week. Hugs, Susie xx

    • Thank you! We had a lot of wind here. We were self isolating as well. Our son and wife came here to walk instead of one of the crowded parks. That way they were social distancing. My husband binge watched John Wayne movies yesterday. Have a great week! Hugs, and stay safe.
