Day 24 of Indiana Quarantine

Today I baked sourdough bread, smoked a brisket and made a no cook banana pudding. I like to put my bread dough on my heating pad to raise.

The no cook banana pudding is simple to make and one of my husband’s favorites.

No Cook Banana Pudding

  • 3-4 smashed ripe bananas
  • 1 8 oz. block of cream cheese
  • 1 tub of Cool Whip
  • 1 small box of instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of milk

Mix all the above ingredients well. Line a 10 x 13 pan with graham crackers and pour the pudding on top of the crackers. Place Vanilla Wafers on top of pudding and refrigerate until ready to eat. Today I used graham cracker crumbs on top because I was out of Vanilla Wafers.

I finished step 4 of my mystery quilt along and started step 5.

It was a rainy day here so I did not get to take a walk. I worked out inside today.
